Active Shooter Bexar County - San Antonio

Bexar County Sheriff Office and District 2 Fire working active shooter incident in the area of 2900 Ash Field in close proximity to elementary school. Multiple hits, 3 Airlife Helicopters have been requested. BCSO SWAT and SAEMS MSOU (SWAT Medics) setting up.

Kriewald Elementary is on lockdown.

Reports of 1 shooter now contained and barricaded in residence or building.

After being held at bay for nearly 6 hours, SWAT and their robot made entry and found the shooter dead.
