Activity ID

If I have Activity ID enabled (and in ID Scan mode as well)... and the ID is sitting for a long time on some ID I would normally only see in ID Search mode... will it auto-switch to Talk Groups I have programmed if it detects activity? I have a 796D, and just wondering if I am missing ID Scan mode activity by having Activity ID enabled.

Don't know if you have resolved this issue, but if that bank is extremely
active, chances are it won't move off it until activity dies down.
I guess a way around it is to disable a bank you are getting unwanted
traffic on until a later time when you can enable it again.

Too much to listen to..?( sigh) what a nice problem !
