That frequency is generally used by AEP (PSO) on their trunked systems in the state. I wonder what that was?

Yes it was here in Tulsa. Heard it on a Pro96 indoors in the 1600 Block of E. 41st Place. First time I have heard the frequency being active.

Also St Francis Hospital 855.5625 - Security. The tone is 026.

Maybye it was Southcrest or Saint Francis Heart Hospital. Neither one of them have any thing listed yet in the FCC database but that doesn't mean anything. hmmm?
