Any one know what going on TPD 8B (30992) today. Sounds like there looking from some one around the Lewis / Peoria Area, between 21st and 41st. The said there tracking a signal. Not sure if it was cellular or other.

forgive me if im wrong, it may be cadets training, the current class started in jan, its about that time for them to be training on the radio.

I don't think it was the cadets. I heard some activity on ITAC-1 866.0125, and what sounded like a stand off on (7I 31312) and later some activity on (RMA-NE-2B 38224). Not sure what was going on?
