Used the JCEOC's MEMA terminal to talk to Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock Counties today to test a few changes made to our comm center,.. and to see just how ready they all are down there to jump for Frances if it comes our way.... I am very impressed with the net,.. its aduio is extremely crisp, clean, and clear,... response time was fast on uplink, downlink and all other operations... Over all,.. IU liked the experience,.. (yes I am still like the old fashioned way to talk,.. but for what its worth,... the sat net is nice!)
