Ada County Encrypted Frequencies

Are there any police or sheriff frequencies that are not encrypted in Ada County?

Just main dispatch, all others like BPD are encrypted

Dispatch for Meridian and Ada County Sheriff encrypted too? If not, will the Uniden BCD436HP do the trick or will I have to move up to Uniden's SDS100?

Ada Sheriff dispatch TG 1000 is not encrypted ands includes Meridian PD. TG 1100 is BPD/Garden City PD dispatch and is also not encrypted, but all the tac and secondary channels are full time encrypted

Any scanner that is capable of P25 Phase I should be able to receive these channels. I get them on a BCD996P2 with no problems
