I've been noting that the past two weeks. Seemed to be a new development but don't know if it is intentional or not. I assume not, though.

Jumping on this thread. 28, the records channel is in the clear. A British woman was reading back information. If TGs 23 and 28 are in the clear now, but were encrypted before, the DB entry needs to be changed from DE to De to reflect only partial encryption. Even if it is only in the clear once in a while. @abqscan if you want me to submit a ticket on this, I will.

It is probably unintended more than anything. I wouldn't change it.
If it marked as "DE" or "TE", when there are clearly times it is unencrypted, irregardless if it is intentional or not, then the DB needs to be updated. We had this discussion recently in Atlantic County, NJ.
