I was up in Wellsboro, Tioga County, PA for the weekend and brought my trusty RSPDX out for a some signal hunting. I came across a few MOTOTRBO Connect Plus sites unidentified in the DB. The only identified info in the DB for this network is a single LTR site in Syracuse, NY here. Being it was the weekend I only got a single hit on Site 3 from TG-20 however no audio heard. Anyway, plenty of unknowns to fill in by folks who are local here, I'm leaving the area today. Here's what I figured out so far:

Adams Technical Services, Inc. WQNQ247 Network ID: 166. All sites CC-1
FRN: 0014832596

Site 2: Tioga, PA (NL 1, 3, 4 & 10)
461.5125C

461.8875
463.2375
464.4375

Site 3: Little Marsh, PA (NL 1, 2, 4 & 10)
452.0125C

453.0125
461.7375
463.5125

Site??: Arnot, PA (My SDR didn't pick up a site ID)
461.275
461.8875
462.45
463.6375C
463.975

Thanks for the info! My TRX series isn't much of a tool for analyzing DMR systems. The site 2 you refer to is what I call Tower Hill. I actually deleted the system from my base as I didn't get a lot of activity from it. I still have it in my Portables.

In addition to TG 20 I've labeled Dispatch(because I've heard it referred to as Dispatch), I have 5 other TG's:

701 - possibly gas well related such as pipeliners.
2001
2002
2010
50031 - The last I i picked up.

Maybe I'll plug it back in and record the TG's.

It's been quiet for a couple of weeks now, however, as of today, WQNQ247 has been renewed. Up in the hills today I picked a couple more TG's from Little Marsh. As they only lasted 3 seconds I did not add them to my notes. I was able to gather data on another multi-state system which has a site at Tower Hill and another in Waverly, NY. I had it programmed as an NXDN-D but, as the Waverly NY. site was showing a consistent RAN 9 I changed it to NXDN-C.

The only TG I've been getting since the license renewal has been TG 2010. This week I am now getting TG 99. School began in Tioga County last week. On Friday Northern Tioga School District brought their new DMR system online. The 99 TG also appears to be school related as well. On
one RID they were delivering footballs to the high school.

I am getting this TG 99 on VC: 463.975 which on the Arnot tower.

So this is what I now have:

CC- 1
Voice Channels: 461.5125, 463.2375, and 463.975
TG: 99, 2010
TG: 99 RID's 167, 174, 178, 179, 1002(Radio Repair), 1004(Base)
TG: 2010 RID,s 11500, 11502, 11503, 11505, 11751, 11753, 11755, 11756

Maybe someone in Southern Tioga can monitor the Arnot site.
