Looks like the petition for the frozen rebanding frequencies was passed then:

It will be nice to be able to hear the DPS system up and down most of the I-35 route from OKC to the border. Do you know if the Arbuckle Mountain and Marietta sites have been approved? It would make for more uniform listening to the south. It would put those south troops on the 800Mhz map too.

Timeline wise I found a small blurb in the date about the Moore DPS site which stated they had until march 2007 put that portion on the air.
