How to import Cottage Grove PD freq's into the Sentinel DB? It is listed in RR DB. Also, does CG still have an OSP worksite?

Cottage Grove does not have an OSP office, OSP is from the Springfield Office. OSP Springfield troopers usually use the Springfield channel but sometimes they use the 154.905 Cottage Grove / Oakridge frequency as fill in between south Lane and north Douglas counties:
