BCD325P2/BCD996P2: adding NXDN

I am using ProScan 18 to program my BCD996P2. I just purchased the NDXN activation keys from Uniden. I can't find where to enter them

You enter the key directly into the scanner, not by using software. Go to the Settings menu, then Upgrade, then NXDN...something like that.
