Adding PSR600 Talkgroup

I know I'm probably one of many people who have asked about this, but please forgive me. I've spent about 45 minutes trying to research this and have come up with nothing.

I'm monitoring the NJSP in New Jersey and would like to manually add a talk group that shows up on the latest spreadsheet into my scanner. I tried to read about and program a wildcard, but that appears to have been unsuccessful.

If there is some plain language instructions somewhere, could someone please just point my nose at them?

I would presume since you are a premium member, that you have some sort of programming software for the scanner. This is the easiest way to program in a TGID, including the wildcard.
