Adding TSYS frequencies....

I need to add a couple of system frequencies(control channels) to the ones I already got for the TSYS in my area in my Pro106 and I don't want to use Win500 this time to do it(gotta learn for once). Can someone point or show me the direction on how to accomplish this? I've looked at the Pro 106 manual but it isn't clear as to the process on doing this,thanks.

Thanks to DDan for that link,helped me to figure out how to add two TSYS frequencies to a already loaded list,I'm getting a lot better doing it manually.
