I am looking to do a 3 day long, special event feed, for Detroit for Devils/Angels Night and Halloween.
Detroit is known for lots of arson and stuff happening on Oct 29, 30, 31.
It seems like each year there is a discussion in the Michigan forums about freqs / talkgroups being used, etc.
Since I am in charge of communications of a few patrols and neighborhood watches there, Id like to provide a feed of what we are doing. There is a lot that goes on with us, and doesnt go out over the normal PD/FD channels.
PROBLEM: Most of the groups use CB, FRS, GMRS, and MURS. I know that the rules say these cant be used for feeds.
Id like to be granted special temp permission to broadcast these sources.
Can this be done?
