I'm looking to provide a feed for area air and marine traffic. I have US Coast Guard frequencies on this scanner, specifically the ones used in search & rescue operations, and not ones used for admin or other communications. I applied to host this feed a few years ago, and was denied due to the USGC frequencies as federal government/military comms are a TOS violation on Broadcastify. However, the TOS also provides an exception for "communications relating to fire fighting, EMS operations, space launch or ISS communications, and park ranger operations". I would think these USCG frequencies would be an exemption to this, but obviously that is something for Broadcastify admins to decide, not me. Admins, what is your interpretation of the rule?
