It must have not fully installed or the install was corrupted. Delete it and restart your computer and reinstall the program.

Is it add ons for your browser?

Your problem sounds very familiar. I remember going through the same thing (albeit a while ago) and if I remember right, it was a setting in either Adblock Plus or No Script. These are add-ons I use in Seamonkey for my browser.
Unfortunately I don't remember exactly what it was in either of those two that fixed the problem you mention.

It looked like it installed,it put an Icon on the screen ? I have the same problem on a PC at work ,but it started about 4 weeks ago after an Adobe update. I did not get a chance to look in to it this weekend,I will investigate it mid week.

Just curious...are you using Firefox for either one of those computers as your internet browser? I've been told by a rep at Mozilla that Firefox 19 and Flash Player 11 don't get along and cause crashes...perhaps yours is just a different form of the problem? If so, Mozilla's page says to downgrade to the old 10.3 Flash Player (this has been going on forever, why won't they just issue a fix?)

It's IE 9 , I forgot to add that. I did find the problem is the ActiveX filtering and I unchecked it.

I have Firefox and G chrome as well for back up and they are working at this time. My wife likes IE 9 ,but I use Firefox.

Thanks to all who replied.
