nvm I figured out how to search it. oh that is interesting, says its a TIS-B target. look at that sucker go in circles, somebodies having fun. if its a UAV must be some decent batteries on board, looks like its been going at it a while

Thats what I thought. Going rather slow for an airplane, and is loitering over a couple of places..

I only saw near the end it was going 90 knots, thats somewhat normal for most smaller low horsepower aircraft. It was certainly not doing pattern work thats for sure that sucker was all over the airport in circles, almost like a helicopter and the tracks it was leaving was far from precise manuevers, couldn't leave a straight line. I wanna guess it was someone training in a helicopter

Google Calverton airport. Interesting history it was a government facility and its currently not an actual airport anymore, closed down, X's on the runway. No wonder it had free range to manuever over the area
