I do have to say as far as snake oil salesman go Tyco is right at the top. Clearing 17 out of 19 failure areas seems impressive so far. IF in fact they fixed them. Now depending on the validation by the state "on or before the 16th" we all will see if SWN is dead. So as far it goes they still are in the running folks.

Well before anyone gets fired up that MA/Com and SWN is dead needs to hold on until after the 16th of Oct and release of the test data. The Saga continues.

Which is exactly what I said in the other thread. Everyone is popping the champagne corks a little too early, imo. This is NYS, where failure is generally the rule not the exception. I for one would not be shocked in the least if they extend the testing deadline, or declare all the tests a success. I've been around plenty long enough to have seen much crazier things happen in this state, believe me.

They are not moving forward with any testing until which time Ma/Com get a qa program that meets fed eng standards. After the 16th from the way I understand it Fed Eng will then review all the paper work and corrections to see if Ma/Com is in complance then at which time if they are the testing will move forward.
