I think I posted this in wrong place ,it is above 30 mhz ,sorry.

I recall not long ago regular air traffic control would give two frequencies to a military plane over its area, one in regular VHF aero band 108-136 Mhz and the other somewhere up around 250 Mhz ( plus or minus ).
This no longer seems to be done. I note in the frequency allocation charts above TV Ch. 13 there is no aero frequencies shown except maybe a small portion for aero beacons.

Has the military done away with these frequencies above TV Ch. 13 ?

Does anybody recall exactly with these frequecies were ?

I also , very rarely if at all, now hear a military plane talking with regular air traffic controllers,is this different now ?

The UHF air band is 225-400 MHz (in 25 kHz steps)
Either the chart you looked at was wrong or you misread it.
The only frequencies that have changed were some between 380-400 MHz that are now used for government land mobile in some areas.

Look for mil-air monitoring in the forums. check the MD state forum too, there is a very active group there.
