Does anyone know if he's landing on the north or south at sky harbor? Or what is the best freq?
Every time I have monitored, AF1 has landed on the North runway 8/26 (largest runway). I would expect the same this time. Freqs to monitor if that is the case:
120.700 Phoenix West Approach
126.600 Sky Harbor 8/26 Final
118.700 Sky Harbor 8/26 Tower

You realize that this type of information is not made public for safety reasons don't you? Many times, the informatino to most involved isn't know until the last minute so to speak

The information above is reported from media information not some secret squirrel source, if the WH informs the media and they mention it why is it something to hide?

Gee whizz, I did realize that, so I decided to ask anyways! I forgot, youre "the guy that knows a lot about many things but can't and won't share it." Because telling me which side of sky harbor AF1 usually lands on is a national security threat LMAO

Typically winds are a factor which direction it lands, that won"t really be Known until a little beforehand

In Phoenix, arriving air traffic usually lands from West to East in the AM and the opposite in the PM. Winds don't usually vary too much, unless during the two monsoon seasons.

He may be passing right by my office on his way out. I'll try and snag some pics and videos. I have tickets to his rally today but it seems like a huge headache to go.

Busy flight path as AF1 and friends head west this morning, HELO35 an E6 leading the parade with two RCH C17s, 82-8000 and 92-9000 all flying together.

UPDATE: RCH aircraft turning SW while the E6 turned NW

Track the 82-8000 aircraft. This is the one that landed in Yuma. I don't think it has departed yet.

92-9000 landed in Tucson earlier, and recently took off from Tucson.
