Based on past POTUS visits. Yes. Also expect radio traffic for local PD's and OSP. The following are typical CPD Talk Groups (channels) used by CPD Special Events.

GCRCN: CPD Special Events 1: 56134, CPD Special Events 2: 56135, CPD Helicopter: 56150, CPD Escort Detail: 56152, CPD Dignitary 1: 56165 and CPD Dignitary 2: 56166.

You should also monitor Burke Air Traffic Frequencies.

During a past POTUS visit, Marine 1 and the other choppers flew over my neighborhood on the way to Hopkins. It was quite a sight.

I realized, after looking more closely at the photos, that the Air Force 1 plane used yesterday was not the normal 747 which comes to Hopkins.
The plane used would be much easier to perform takeoff and landing maneuvers at the undersized Burke runways, Since Burke is right on the lakefront, there could always be concerns with protecting the planes from any possible security breaches from the lake. More than likely, the Coast Guard was involved yesterday.
