Around 3 am this morning in East Tulsa several vehicles with bad guys were running wild off Memorial on 31st to 51st having a field day breaking glass and burglarizing. Cops were trying to chase them down as far east as Garnett. An un-lit park behind Charlie's Chicken on Garnett is a suspected bad guy gathering place.
