ProScan: After update 19.2 no record audio

Hi, anybody having similar issues? Seems other people have similar problems. With BCT15X all was fine on 19.1. Using Lookup Record flag from database. After upgrade no recordings. When cl icking "activity" it records as expected, with the database flag it does not. All tested, audio coming in on selected channels and visible in proscan scope, analyzer etc. Audio levels from scanner tested with other software. Have installed 19.1 again and it works as before. Hmmm... any ideas?

I've updated to version 19.2 using Windows 7 and a 996P2, after the update my audio recorder has stopped working. I've looked at all my settings and nothing has changed. All other logging functions work as they should. Any suggestions appreciated Is the problem on the audio or logging side? Go...

Now THAT'S product support! Extremely hard to come by these days
