I parked near the festival today, they're using five of the frequencies for a Capacity Plus system:
LSN 01/02 - 452.01250 - DCC: 8
LSN 03/04 - 452.46250 - DCC: 8
LSN 09/10 - 451.85000 - DCC: 8
LSN 11/12 - 452.75000 - DCC: 8
LSN 15/16 - 452.73750 - DCC: 8
Talkgroups 1 thru 49 are all in use. I wasn't focused on trying to figure out what each talkgroup was used for specifically.
I'm guessing this isn't the type of system that would get submitted to the database since it's temporary.

Been listening at night here too, SRCCS TAC 2 and City PD ch 7. Gangs of pickpockets running around in there stealing everything, illegal drones, fence jumpers and bridge climbers, with quite a few fights and overdoses.
