26th Spaulding...18/female shot in the thigh, 18/male shot in the foot. Incident was on-viewed by Beat 1093, heard the shots found the victims. Definitely gang related as signs were thrown prior to the event...per the Zone. Most activity on Zone 10 (460.100)...offenders probably aren't too far away..
