AHP, Arkansas Highway Police, DOT EXCLUDING AHTD

Can anyone tell me if the Arkansas Highway Police (DOT) have switched to the AWIN digital system or not? I know the AHTD (Highway Department) has not yet, I hear them talk on the same old frequency every single day of the week but I used to be able to hear AHP DOT on theirs in Harrisburg and Paragould HT's everyday but I haven't heard them in months! Can anyone confirm if they've went digital yet or if they're just not using radio anymore period, Perhaps they've changed frequencies and not told me!? Can anyone confirm any of this?

Ok, I was afraid of that.. I figured that though becuase I stopped hearing them on ANALOG, WHY Would they swap but not the HWY DEPT. Portion...Hmmm....I was afraid they had swapped to digital...Thanx...

I hear AHP on ID 3215 in NW arkansas, never heard them on any of the other IDs.

Highway tgid's

On the maget tower i have heard the highway dept talking on these. Unknown what channels or district they are for though.
