Engine 2 & Medic 101 called to an Unknown Med Problem in the University Hospital @ AIP Campus for a person down in a white vehicle in the parking lot

Medic 101 arriving on scene asking for PD assistance emergent for an obvious DOA that will be a crime scene

APD is unsure if it is theirs or campus PD's. Now investigating a vehicle that has been driving around the scene since arrival of emergency crews.

Incident on AFD Tac-2 and APD District 1
