In the evenings, Peel Region Police Service's helicopter is up doing surveillance. The problem was last night they were crossing Approach paths for Runways 05/06R, not reading back instructions regarding staying below and clear of inbound routes. You could hear the displeased tone on the controllers voice.
This can be heard on 118.35/118.7 when they are up. If you have FlightRadar 24, the identifier is H125V.

Air 3 is definitely Peel Regional Police. I've heard them talking to the tower while over Mississauga.

ADSB Exchange needs to fix their picture. I guess it's still whatever aircraft was previously under that registration.

Yep, Sounds like the pilot needs to learn that just because he's a cop, doesn't give him carete blanche to do what ever he wants in the air. He is just another helo, with no special rights, and needs to do as he's told

LOL. A couple 905 agencies have plenty of experience in the GTA - "complete the mission, then we'll deal with whatever comes." They'll fly 300ft AGL if they want to, they'll throw a drone up colliding with a landing Cessna and get away with a slap on the wrist. No one will dare prosecute for CARS violations.
