Air Evac Lifeteam

I noticed in the RR Database that Air Evac Lifeteam has three new bases in Brownwood,La Grange,Sweetwater.How long have these bases been on line ?

They have a repeater in Abilene and I assume there is one in Brownwood too but I haven't been able to figure out what they are.
