AIR EVAC

Nationwide itinerant license:

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WPYR891 - AIR EVAC LIFETEAM - Frequencies Summary
- 151.505 / 158.400

East Liverpool Ohio / Wheeling WV License:

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WQJQ331 - AIR EVAC LIFETEAM - Frequencies Summary
- 159.9375 / 159.9375 065 DPL East Liverpool
- 151.6025 / 159.9375 (repeater) Wheeling

You might want to submit your info to the RRDB for the county you're in if you are positive it's serving your county's area. If you can get a PL or DPL you might want to submit that as well.

They may be using their itinerant license frequencies in Parkersburg area temporarily, or more permanently. They seem to establish specific licenses for the areas they serve - so I wouldnt' be surprised if down the road a new license for them pops up with specific frequencies that are different from 151.505.

there dispatch is someplace away like texas or someplace. They usually use the cell phone or the two way text option on there gps unite in the helicopter. if a field unit needs to talk to them they use channels like med 340 or 280... 155.340 155.280...... i know when they come to mason co they use the Healthnet Aeromed 2, which was a state wide idea at one point in time, not sure where it went or how far. but all of mason co uses 467.975 (Aeromed 2) i know jackson and putnam co uses aeromed 1 witch i think is 155.160. so i would think that what you here on there VHF chanel is from there base at the airport to the helicopter or from WestCom to the helicopter. I know when they come here or healtnet comes here usually you hear them talking on MED-8. which is in the database. under statewide ems.
