On Friday, December 17, the President will travel to Orangeburg, South Carolina to attend South Carolina State University's commencement ceremony, full schedule not released yet, but for planning purposes the arrival and departure will be from Columbia Metropolitan Airport.

Location: Columbia Metropolitan Airport, 3250 Airport Boulevard, West Columbia SC 29170

Est. AF1 Arrival: 8:45 AM ET
Est. AF1 Departure: 1:30 PM ET

Dense fog advisory in place this am. Have heard some posts set up on I-26 so I wonder if going by motorcade now.

Yes there was bad weather call departed by motorcade for the 45 minute drive at 9am

I heard way more traffic on fed VHF band than I have heard for prior presidential visits, but all was 100% encrypted.
