Air K9/Hotshots heard on LAPD Access

For the second time this month, I've heard a rebroadcast of the Air K9/Hotshots on LAPD Access. It was analog as well(it did not sound like a patch). I should mention that only one broadcast goes out and then nothing else is heard after. Maybe some sort of testing?

New PSR Class #105 is in the RTO phase of their training program. If the broadcast only went out on LAPD Access it's conceivable that it's them, though we never used to have them go out on a live duplex channel.
