can any one please give me some aircraft frequinces for west midlands thanks!

if possible the police helicopter

First of all, where is West Midlands? You weren't specific. Secondly did you check the RR database link at the top of the page, find your state and then your county? Thirdly, you might want to post this in the state specific forum (those are at the bottom of the page). You might find more help there from those in your general area. There are plenty of people on here that will lend you hand if we know exactly where and what. Welcome aboard by the way.

Helicopters would normally use the same freqs fixed wing uses... Except for the high alt center stuff. They do sometimes have a common helo traffic freq in urban areas. That's what they have in Los Angeles, but I don't know about your area. Sometimes heliports will have freqs assigned too. If you can't find what you want online, try finding a pilot shop, and you can order a sectional for your area. That would have most of the freqs you need.

The police helicopter is most likely on your main police dispatch channel. If you want to listen to the planes put your scanner in search mode from 118 MHz-136 MHz AM.
