If you are down at the airport, tune these frequencies in and see if which ones are active. Try to log any PL tones if your scanner can do that, please.

It would nice to get these confirmed before they are added to the RRDB. Thanks! :)

I will be at a school on the faa center this week I will take my scanner and check them out while on lunch we get a hour a day and I always get there early I will be staying with my parents while in the okc area they live about 3 miles or so from the airport so I will also scan them from there as well. I will post later this week on what I am hearing if anything on these frequencies.

Hey Crayon, I plugged a few of those freqs in before I left work and on my way home...I heard a hotel room service. Around the area of NW Expwy. Can't recall which freq because I didn't text label them....and I'm not sure which hotel either! Maybe La Quinta? Or Mariott(sp?)?

I have heard them unloading planes and dispatching various things to the planes on these frequencies so far this week.

TWA**
460.6750
465.6750

on this frequency the 460.675 I heard a guy talking about riding some girl hard and putting here up wet was very interesting to say the least but never could quite figure out if it was dealing with avaition or not there topic of discussion certainly was not though

also the frequency which I don't have in front of me I think you listed as TSA I believe is DCT security on the faa facilty because they said this morning brinks to credit union we need a escort also heard US food service to ted's which is a snack bar I eat at every time I come to the faa center

DCT?? Who are they?

I thought that TSA provided the security since the bookstore has a bunch of TSA stuff to buy ..

So nothing on those other frequencies, eh? Thanks for taking the time to listen and post. :)

Dct is the private security company the govt has contracted to do the security on the faa center they however must have made someone pretty mad because at the beginning of the year they will no longer be doing the security for the faa center the govt has yanked their contract the person whom told me this said it was a pretty hush hush type thing also one thing weird he said anytime a police, or fire truck or ambulance come on to the faa center they have to have a security escort, which if we cannot trust these people whom can we trust? they as in DCT got in trouble last week he told me for holding up the ambulance at the gate for a guy whom had a heart attack one thing I do know is its alot easier to get on a military base than the faa center

I will check into these frequencies more the next two days got two more days of classes and will post more friday or sat on this subject

OK I'm going to let my dumb hang out. How do you check the PL tones with a PRO-96? I'm going to be at the FAA Academy the week of 16 Aug.

I do not know about the Pro-96, but on my 2067, I set a particular channel to be PL as opposed to FM, AM, MO, or ED.

Hope that will point you in the right direction .. :)
