Anyone here use this program? I bought it over the weekend; nice program but all of a sudden it refuses to load Internet stations, and no longer downloads aircraft pictures from airliners.net. AirNav support is not too helpful, telling me the internet server is not always. That's cool, but why does this software give me an error message for Internet stations?

Weird...

Possible Public Safety issues???? Or maybe just server issues. I know that a lot of us railfans are still upset that the Guvmint made all the railcam sites shut down due to safety concerns....

Unless they've changed the package since the last time I played with it, AirNav points you to servers they don't have direct control over, except of course the server that checks your registration code/status.

I don't have a copy anymore so I can't test that theory, but netstat (or the equivalent command) should be able to tell you exactly who AirNav is trying to talk to when it requests information.
