Right now there is an aircraft emergency at Columbia Regional Airport in Columbia, Missouri. Initially the aircraft was trying to land at Jefferson City Memorial Airport when they had trouble with there landing gear and where diverted to Columbia Airport. There is one person on board a pilot. The aircraft has fuel for about an hour and a half. The airplane is currently circling the airport while they are trouble shooting. Emergency medical personel are on scene at the airport standing by, including a medical helicopter. If you would like more information go to ABC 17 News KMIZ for the local news.
