Sounds like they(ISP) have the airplane out over Newton today. I can hear the plane just fine on 151.475.

I heard the plane earlier after the race was over. He was talking to ISP Dispatch on Des Moines State Channel. He was calling in a 10-50pi that happend westbound on the interstate

Heard the Plane up again today watching traffic. Heard him on the ISP Dist 1 Des Moines State.
