AIRSPY Repair ?

On Oct 17, I emailed them about the sma connector on my spyverter being defective. I never got a response. I tried emailing again today and keep getting delivery failure. I am sending to the address they list on their page, info@airspy.com. Anyone ever had problem reaching them? I would like to resolve this issue.

I bought from Airspy

The threaded part of the sma seems to have pulled out of its base and freely spins. If I push it back in its fine but when I snug the nut, it pulls out again.

Same thing happened to me. They fixed it right up with no issues.
