I heard from a friend of mine who works for B&C Communications that Akron is going on the Summit County System. I havent been on this site for a while. Maybe this is old news

Try really old news. The Akron/Summit system has been in operation since July 2003 (See RR DB). He may be talking about them combining sites, which was done over the weekend. We already knew that (See the thread below yours entitle "Akron OH system upgrade".

Prior to this, both sites were pretty exclusive with some overlap. Akron site had all Akron traffic and some SO, and vice versa.
