based on the freqs i think this is going to be a stand alone tower site.
it i had to guess prob be used for leeds, irondale , and st.clair co so when they decide to switch .

childrens careflight is a inner transfer service for childrens of alabama hospital they do not do scene flights and can be heard on tg 40007 now

My discovery came off of the Pelham site and Dispatch had a Unit ID of 4044619, the signal was loud and clear but I cannot make out the Helicopter callsign but the Unit ID of the helicopter was 4044618

Chilton county now has a Fire Response channel, I have heard Units staging and being given additional info on TG 40004, also does anyone know anything about TG 44006, 2921 (Perhaps Shelby county Sheriff), 2801 (Probably Pelham) or 1807?

Just heard someone trying to call somebody on TGID 32024. Sounded like something like EOC Net. Can someone confirm what this TGID is? Perhaps something weather or emergency related?

I'm in Decatur listening to the Decatur site, though sometimes I see TGs from Madison roam onto this site as well.

EOC Net is common in all Morgan Co radios and is used for communicating with EMA and the EOC.

I had totally forgotten about this, 44057 has "Clanton elementary, JES" and along the lines of Jemison schools, on it and appears to be a citywide or countywide schoolbus channel, the unit IDs are different, so I do not believe it is a patch, I also heard an encrypted TG, 44026 off the Calera site around 2:29 PM on the 21st, if anyone cares
I don’t know what type of encryption Homewood PD uses, but I do know that your SDS 100 and 200 cannot be upgraded to receive any kind of encrypted communication. I do wish they could.

Yes, encryption cannot be listened to, sorry to crush your dreams. But if you are curious, it seems to be a fair mix of Motorola ADP (ARC4) or AES-256.
