Alabaster PD one-sided

Hey all. I have an older scanner (BC235XLT) and picked it back up to listen to Alabaster PD. I seem to only be able to hear dispatch and not the units. I'm listening on 154.890.

Are they using a different system now that would prevent me from hearing both sides of the conversation?

I guess they are still broadcasting dispatch there. Guess it's time to get a new scanner. Not to derail the thread, but considering the Uniden SDS100. Any thoughts?

I have both the SDS 100 and 200. They are awesome scanners. The BCD 436 and 536 will also give you good service on the AFRN.
