You only have to buy the software if you want to run your own server. Otherwise, it's free to download just to listen.

hey UFEMTFF,

i am having a problem using the Easy Stream Client Software on my computer. I don't know if its just my internet but I have tried Alachua County Fire and Pinellas County Fire and it keeps breaking up like a cell phone does when its not in range. I do have dial up internet so i dont know if that has an effect on it.
