alachua county simulcast

I need some info for alachua co. on the RR database for the APCO-25 sys. its states that it is simulcast. my question is simulcast with what? are they simulcasting in analog or with the old vhf highband system? any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

The old VHF dispatch freq is simulcasted. Last time I cruised through there you only heard the dispatcher on VHF.

Could it be simulcasting with multiple towers on the license frequencies and not with other audio sources?

The only thing that is "simulcast" is the Fire Rescue Alpha 1. You will only hear the dispatch side of the conversation, and paging tones. You'll hear this on 154.325.
