I know this isn't a popular site to listen to... however, I'm having troubling tracking this LTR system using the data from RR database. I believe I have my 996XT programmed correctly, and I"m receiving voice when locked onto one of the frequencies, but its not tracking. I have left zeros in the n/a slots, but am I missing an active frequency or two which would prevent this from working correctly?
