As the number of unknown talkgroups continues to mount, it's worth making a single thread for them all.

121: Seems to be Colonie Police records. UIDs, call signs, and traffic stop locations all point to Colonie, currently being submitted as "Colonie Police Records."

10354: Seems to be a State Police dispatch channel with a local PD from a neighboring county operating on it. County Site.

12221240: Requesting a radio check after testing was heard, returned to testing shortly thereafter.

12223250: NYSP radio tech? Testing.

12228324: "3G24, COMSEC, radio check. 3G24, COMSEC, radio check. 3G24, dis- COMSEC, radio check."

1222999 series (NYSP Headquarters radio techs):
0: Testing)
6: "H96," testing
8: "H98," testing

70085 series (unknown local PD, uncertain as to which county they're out of, possibly Schenectady):

18401: Given the TGID, likely a Parks channel. "750" and "747" would be Parks radio techs.
2850750 ("750") and 2850747 ("747") heard testing on the channel.

18911: Seems to be solved, there may be more to come on that later.

121? That is wierd, as almost all the TGs on the system are 5 digits. 121 was in the range of Colonie IDs from the old Colonie P25 system.

@Thunderknight Yep, it's certainly bizarre. I was shocked to hear them in the clear, I had to triple check what I was hearing, but I got a Colonie dispatch terminal several times, Colonie PD UIDs, Colonie PD call signs, and locations all in the Town of Colonie.

You can sometimes hear the Colonie police on talk group 121 and it is not encrypted. they are not on all the time though.

I just heard TGID 121 a minute ago. I think TGID 121 was the talk group for the Colonie police back when Colonie had its own p25 system before they switched to the Albany County p25 system.

TG 121 on the old Colonie 1D6 ASTRO 25 system was identified as "Colonie Center Talkaround"

I thought it was police, maybe they switched over to TG 121 . I am surprised you can hear that TG its almost as if they were using some of the old Colonie frequencies. any thoughts?

If TG 121 is coming over 695's traffic channels, then it means that the talkgroup is provisioned on that system and whatever subscriber radio is transmitting or patching or whatever is also provisioned on the system. Has nothing directly to do with old Colonie frequencies, aside from the fact that all of the 1D6 frequencies were absorbed into the Metro Simulcast cell.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wish the Colonie police were on all the time, but at least you can hear them once in a while.

Some new channels have been popping up lately:

10116: UIDs starting in 70 and a UID of 506. Likely something from Schenectady County, at least partially encrypted.
10121: UIDs starting in 70 and a UID of 507. Likely something from Schenectady County, seems 70 radios are encrypted, 507 was not.

10354: Without saying too much, there may be more use on the channel in the future, it's one to keep an ear out for.

15703: Just added to the database, Colonie Central High School channel.

Other channels with a whole lot of nothing to go off:
10109
13051
18505
18514
