ABQ PD analog dispatch talkgroups are gone!
I listen to them every day during my work commute, but the last time I checked (last night Monday PM) and now today (Tuesday) they are all GOA.
I put the scanner I use for ABQ (PRO-2067) in "open" mode for awhile and don't hear any PD dispatch... zip... nada...so apparently the talkgroups haven't changed.
Tried with two different scanners, same results.
BTW, ABQ Fire Alarm analog dispatch and BC Fire Intercom analog dispatch are still there.
Any ideas?
My guesses:
1.) All Pro-voice now (hope not),
2.) On the other EDACS system (don't have that programmed in 'cause it's all Provoice),
3.) Maybe they have a new system?

Answers I can't use:
1.) Get a Provoice radio ($$$$$)
2.) Listen to online radio (blocked at work and won't help at commute time anyway)

Oh well, It was good while it lasted.

yup
If a bunch of people chipped in to buy a ProVoice radio, and set up a scanner feed, that would work if you had a wireless device (cellphone or PDA or whatever) that could receive the feed. Right? Peter Sz

That ProVoice set up exists, you just need the mobile device for monitoring. As you indicated in your post, short of buying a PV radio...you're out of luck. Just be glad there is a feed, however, my PV was the best investment I've made in a long time.
