Heard between 2250Z 17Dec13 and 0121Z 18 Dec13 on 5582 KHz, using ALE. ID's were GS1, GS2, 10D, and 2BED. Unknown what units or organization.

Heard in NW Ohio with a 260' antenna that likes Europe, NE Africa, and SW Asia.

The UDXF Yahoo group has a number of members with extensive ALE logs that could probably identify this pretty quick. Unfortunately with the stupid new format, you can't search messages by frequency...drat...Mike

No way to know for sure but probably Georgian Army since you've stated your antenna favors Europe. It also favors their past frequency history.

Other possibilities:

SHARES == SHAred RESources (SHARES) High Frequency(HF) Radio Program | Homeland Security
Lithuanian Military (doesn't really fit their frequency history)

The frequency has been used by a few places before with ALE, such as Iraq. At least 2 of the callsigns (GS1 and GS2) have been used by the Columbians before. Without more to go on you probably are not going to come up with more than a "possibles" list.
