Fire units having trouble getting into position because of barriers on the taxiway.

It was no big deal; no fire, no danger. C-130s land with one engine shut down all the time here.

There must have been some danger or they wouldn't roll all the fire trucks

Good thing was that they found they don't have access to some parts of the runways/taxiways due to construction. Handy in case the real thing.
