Alhambra PD has gone Encrypted!

I been listening to them for a while and they went silent this week. My scanner shows encrypted link. Sucks

I was just at my mother in laws this past weekend and heard them in the clear. There was a unit or 2 that seemed to be set on E

I get Alhambra from the West Valley using outdooor Discone and yes I've also heard in the clear in the last few mins or so. Have not seen any encrypted as of yet
