Alinco DJ-X11: Question about channel steps

Hello!

If you have an Alinco DJ-X11, are you able to change the channel steps in Preset mode (FM)? My unit got stuck on 8,33 kHz steps and I couldn't change it. I did a reset of the unit and know it's stuck on 25 kHz steps (better) but I still can't change it manually to anything else. Have I just imagined that I could change channel steps?

Please note, this is in Preset mode only. In VFO mode everything works as it should.

Much appreciated if anyone could check their unit

I don't own this radio but from what I saw in Alinco's manual on page 58:

● Selectable channel steps
Auto, 50Hz, 100Hz, 1kHz, 5kHz, 6.25kHz, 8.33kHz, 10kHz, 12.5kHz,
15kHz, 20kHz, 25kHz, 30kHz, 50kHz, 100kHz, 125kHz, 150kHz, 200kHz,
500kHz, 1MHz
Some channel steps cannot be selected depending on the frequency to
be received.

Thanks! Got the manual and all those steps work in VFO mode. Just a silly question but wondering if I just imagined that I could also chose all steps in Preset mode. I'm like SO sure I could do it just the other day but not anymore hehe
